Dashboard notifications

Stay updated on samples, orders, shipments, and account changes without leaving the member app.

Where to look

1. Sign in at my.masterdistillers.net/login.
2. Open Profile → Notifications (Account → Profile, then the Notifications tab), or use View all in the header bell.

You see your full feed there. Click a notification to open the related page. Unread items are marked read when you open them.

Preferences

On Notifications, turn categories on or off (for example Sample admissions, Orders & payments, Shipments). Changes save when you click Save.

Tips

• Relative times (for example “2 hours ago”) help you scan the list.
• If a badge looks wrong after you have read everything, refresh the page once. Support can also recount your badge if needed.
