Chip	Meaning
Under 90d	Products whose cover is under about 90 days (Watch or Critical)
Critical <60d	Products whose cover is under about 60 days
SKUs tracked	How many products appear in the depletion table (for the current filter)
Healthy / Dormant	Counts from the company summary

Use urgency chips (All / Critical / Watch / Healthy / Dormant) and sort by Cover, Rate, or Urgency.

Column	Meaning
Product	Product name (or SKU / id if the name is missing)
Rate/wk	Average bottles sold per week over the last 28 days
Cover	Estimated days until stock runs out at that rate (includes stock on hand plus bottles already on open purchase orders). Shown as days (for example `42d`); — when there is no recent sales rate
Trend	Direction of the 28-day rate versus the 90-day rate (Up / Down / Flat)
Urgency	A quick status for how healthy your cover is
Available	Bottles on hand (available to sell / allocate)
Inbound	Bottles already on open purchase orders toward your warehouse
Suggested	Read-only suggested bottles/cases for reorder planning (staff place reorders separately — this column is guidance only)

Healthy — cover is comfortable (typically 90 days or more at current sales).
Watch — cover is getting low (under about 90 days, but at least 60).
Critical — cover is very low (under about 60 days) — plan a reorder soon.
Dormant — no recent sales in the last 28 days; cover is not calculated.

If cover is Watch or Critical, contact your Master Distillers buyer or raise a procurement request through your usual channel.
Open inbound purchase orders count toward cover — you may see cover improve before goods arrive at the warehouse.
