Urgency labels

  • Healthy — cover is comfortable (typically 90 days or more at current sales).
  • Watch — cover is getting low (under about 90 days, but at least 60).
  • Critical — cover is very low (under about 60 days) — plan a reorder soon.
  • Dormant — no recent sales in the last 28 days; cover is not calculated.

What to do

  • If cover is Watch or Critical, contact your Master Distillers buyer or raise a procurement request through your usual channel.
  • Open inbound purchase orders count toward cover — you may see cover improve before goods arrive at the warehouse.
