Trade events

See which European trade shows and festivals Master Distillers plans to exhibit at, including participation status, dates, location, public participation costs, and remaining brand spots.

Open Events

1. Sign in at my.masterdistillers.net.
2. In the left nav under Grow, open Events.
3. Review upcoming events. Status means:
   • Confirmed — details and preparation are finished
   • Pending — we will participate; preparation is still in progress
   • Tentative — participation is not decided yet

Confirm assistance

1. On an event card, choose Confirm assistance when a payment deadline and participation price are set for your plan.
2. A popup compares All-inclusive and Non all-inclusive participation prices. Your company’s current plan is highlighted.
3. Optionally choose Reserve spot for 7 days to record your interest. A reservation holds your interest for seven days; the spot is only guaranteed once payment has been received.
4. Choose Pay to continue to secure checkout. The amount matches your plan (All-inclusive vs other).

Help icons next to each plan explain what All-inclusive includes and what the non all-inclusive event rate is for.

More info

Choose More info on a card to expand details on the same page (description, visitors, exhibitors, required samples, brand ambassador spaces, and masterclass when available). You stay on my.masterdistillers.net — it does not open the public marketing page.

Timing

The Events list is cached on the member platform and refreshed in the background from the public trade calendar. After staff update an event in WordPress, changes can take up to about an hour to appear (or sooner after a staff sync).
