Trade buyers and shoppers manage store orders on the main website - not in the member app.
Open your store account
- Go to masterdistillers.net/my-account/.
- If you are not signed in, you are sent to Access to sign in, then returned to your store account.
- Use Overview for recent orders and shortcuts, or open Orders, Addresses, Payment methods, or Account details.
What you can do
- View and track orders
- Update billing and shipping addresses
- Manage saved payment methods
- Change your name, email, or password
- Manage store subscriptions when you have them
- Linked companies: update Company details (billing, tax ID, SEED, bank account)
- National importers: manage destination bonded warehouse details and opening hours under Warehouses
Company bank details
On Company details, enter the SWIFT / BIC first. After 8 or 11 characters, we look up the code and can pre-fill bank country, currency, and bank name. You can still edit those fields before saving.
Member app vs store account
If you manage a brand, producer, or distillery, use my.masterdistillers.net for products, company, and billing. The store account page on the main website is for buying and order history.
Venues and hospitality users can still use the store account for orders after checkout.
