Brand sales and settlement

Track what Master Distillers owes your brand from consignment and Direct sale orders, request payouts, and download statements.

Brand sales

Open Sales

  1. Sign in at my.masterdistillers.net/login.
  2. Open Sales.

You need a company role that can view settlement (owner, admin, sales/marketing manager, billing, or read-only). Only owner, admin, and billing can request payouts.

Balance and period

  • Available to request is cleared ledger credit minus payouts already requested.
  • Pending clear is sale credit waiting for the clear date (with next clear when known).
  • Use the period and stream filters to focus on this month, last month, six months, year to date, consignment, or Direct sale.

If you use the brand switcher in the header, Sales respects the active brand when the ledger has brand IDs.

Request a payout

  1. Confirm company bank details.
  2. On Sales, enter an amount up to the available balance (optional note).
  3. Choose Request payout.

Staff process payout requests in order. You can follow status under Payout history on the same page.

Statement and exports

  • Download statement PDF for the selected period and filters.
  • Export orders CSV for the order lines currently shown.
