Protected contacts

Store trade leads for your brand on Master Distillers. Contacts stay in your company CRM — they are not added to Master Distillers marketing lists.

Open Contacts

1. Sign in at my.masterdistillers.net/login.
2. Open Contacts.

You need a brand commercial role (owner, admin, sales/marketing manager, or marketer).

Add a contact

1. Choose Add contact.
2. Enter email, first name, last name, company, and country (required). Other fields are optional.
3. Tick the attestation that your brand has a lawful basis to keep the contact for B2B follow-up.
4. Save.

The contact is marked Protected.

Import a CSV

1. Choose Import CSV.
2. Paste a CSV with a header row. Required: email, first_name, last_name, company_name, country (full name or ISO). Optional: phone, city, job_title.
3. Tick the attestation checkbox.
4. Import (up to 500 rows per file).

Notes

Open a contact to add notes. Notes are append-only for your team.

What “Protected” means

• Master Distillers staff must not cold-sell your protected contacts.
• If that person buys your products through the platform, the sale is treated as a Direct sale on Brand sales.

What is not included yet

• Exporting your contact list from the platform.
• Sending email campaigns from Contacts (deferred).

If Contacts is unavailable for your role, ask a company owner to grant a commercial role under Team.
