Account user roles

Each B2B company account on my.masterdistillers.net can have multiple users. Roles control which areas of the company they can view or manage.

Brand owners and producers use my.* for the full account (not the marketing-site account page). Team members are invited from Team with one of the roles below.

The left sidebar only lists areas your role can use. Empty sections are hidden. Your current role appears as a small label under Master Distillers.

Upgrades

  • Bartenders and venue staff start with a personal my.* home (profile, points, menus). When invited to manage a venue — or when they claim one — they receive a company role and venue tools.
  • Brand ambassadors and creators can keep a public profile, then accept a brand invite as Brand collaborator (or another role the brand chooses) to work inside that company’s my.* tools.

Shoppers and trade buyers who only need orders and payments use the store account on the main website; they are not given a my.* company workspace by default.
